Called Lisa M. Rivera's employer (Planned Parenthood), said they did respond toSheriff but will also mail me response.
Said Rivera quit when told of wage garnishment (sick relative in Chicago...or something).
Met with SF DA, will attempt to investigate criminal action- no promises.
Sheriff now says will notify Lisa M. Rivera's domestic partner, Monique (Meru) Gonzalez, about Bank Levy and free the assets ($70.00).
Gonzalez is other party on bank account.

Visited Sheriff (civil divison) in City Hall today. Bank Levy shows $0.00 in assets. Wage Garnishment has been served on Rivera's employer, Planned Parenthood, who has not responded within legal time frame.
